Better than fried potatoes! Delicious crispy hasselback potatoes in oven!

Hello friends. I’m glad to share with you an interesting potato recipe that my friend used to make. This one is crunchy and flavorful. Crispy Hasselback Potatoes are quick and easy to make! Don't know what to cook with potatoes? Try this easy potato recipe! You will definitely like it! It is baked in the oven with butter, garlic, thyme, cheese and hazelnuts. RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
10 small potatoes.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
3 garlic cloves.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon dried thyme.
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
Dill.
2 tablespoons hazelnuts.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for about 60 minutes.
Baste the potatoes several times.

the potatoes will open up if you put them in cold water for half an hour ....and it will be easier to marinate inside them! just a suggestion!🙂

That looks absolutely scrumptious and not difficult to do. Just wondering how long you bake it after the initial hour, when you baste it and again after adding the nuts and cheese? Thank you.

Baking is an art, and timing is the key ingredient! But don't worry, I've got you covered with the detailed instructions. 😀 Sorry for missing this important point, after half an hour, remove the potatoes from the oven, baste them and put them back in the oven. 15 minutes before cooking, remove the potatoes, sprinkled with nuts and cheese, and put them back in the oven. Total baking time 1 hour - 1 hour 10 minutes.

Wrong Translation? Ich kenne dieses etwas abgewandelte Rezept seit vielen Jahren, jedoch ohne zugefügte "Haselnüsse" (kann geschmacklich nicht passen!) und anstatt Dill eindeutig Rosmarin.
