Im watching from the united states and have to say your vegetarian recipes are amazing. Although not a vegetarian myself i do use allot of your dishes as sides and they pair really well with my meals. 1 request though. Do you have any recipes that you can show that use egg plant? Its one of our favorites and me and my girlfriend would love to see what you can do with it. We have already cooked the other egg plant recipes on your channel and are hoping you have more.
