I've been making this broccoli almost every day since I learned this recipe!

A friend from Spain gave me this recipe, now I know how to prepare broccoli really tasty. Since then I've been making this recipe almost every day because it's easy and delicious. Ingredients:
500 g broccoli (1 lb 1¾ oz)
3 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
100 g rolled oats (1 cup)
100 g grated mozzarella (3½ oz)
Salt
black pepper
olive oil
Dressing:
125 g yoghurt (½ cup)
2 cloves of garlic
Some parsley
lemon juice
Salt
black pepper
Bake: 200°C / 392°F 20 minutes on top/bottom heat

Знаете, есть такая штука, как увеличение скорости просмотра видео. Я раньше тоже раздражалась иногда, что все слишком долго, но после того как стала пользоваться этой возможностью, все наладилось 😊 Люди по-разному воспринимают информацию. Вы уже опытный повар, видимо, и вам достаточно минутного видео, а как быть тем, кто только учится готовить?

Wow! Thank you for posting this! I watched it and immediately was off to the kitchen to make dinner. I subbed cauliflower for the broccoli as that's what I had in the fridge. Also tossed in a strong pinch of some homemade curry powder and some pumpkin seeds. I was so surprised at just how addictively good these are! I'll definitely be making these again and again. Que videos tan cuidados!! Música relajante, el sonido de la preparación... Me encanta verlos 👍👍👍 Haré esta receta solo que sin huevo ya que soy vegana, lo sustituiré por harina de garbanzo diluïda con un poco de agua hasta obtener una consisténcia similar al huevo...así es como l@s vegan@s sustituimos el huevo😊 y queda👌. El queso tampoco ya no es problema, pues hoy en dia existen muchas opciones veganas de sustitutos del queso ( de aceite de coco, de almendras, de anacardos...), con un sabor muy parecido al de leche e igualmente el ioghourt. Me gustan tus recetas porque aún las que no son veganas, son fàciles de adaptar a nuestro estilo de alimentación basado solo y únicamente en plantas😉 Muchas grácias.
