maybe invest in prepackaged meals like hellofresh, blueapron...etc. Those are so helpful and take the guesswork out of making meals, you just prepare according to instructions and you choose the meals you want and the difficulty

May I highly suggest freezer meals 😬 if you’re cooking, do a double batch and freeze the other half. I have a whole family to feed and cooking is a major part of my life unfortunately. Dollar tree metal tins and freezer bags. You can even freeze rice🤌🏻 Favorite weekly meal in my house is taco bowls: Cilantro lime rice Meat of choice Low sodium taco seasoning Shredded lettuce Sour cream Shredded cheese Truffle hot sauce or sauce of choice
