I think hajj is misinformed.Bobiwine’s car paid taxes on entry though it was registered in other names!Govt on realising it was Bobiwine car it impounded it claiming it underpaid.After a lot of pressure on this govt for Bobiwine car the govt claimed it has excused Bobiwine of the taxes hence realese of the car,there was nothing like a waiver.pz be informed
