It’s only historical derogatory colonial agreement {1929 ratified in 1959) that had held back Ethiopia from utilizing her share of the Nile water resources. Peace, justice and reconciliation are the only ways forward to mutually beneficial agreements and friendly neighborliness of the concerned countries.
