I hear them for the first time at 3 years ago and esbjorn had his accident already. Im so frustrated that i will never see them in concert in my life, exept on video. Wonderfull musician...

He passed in a scuba accident. A genius, Chopin and Esbjorn my two favorite pianist; both passed too soon. Who knows how many more great pieces they would have left us with.

Amazing!!! I remember several years ago when Tower Records let you listen to select artist's new releases. They featured the album "Somewhere Else Before". That's where E.S.T. became my favorite jazz trio!!!! Classic

i love that e.s.t. in a lot of cases played their songs SLOWER than on the recordings... unusual for live performances. very patient and comfortable.miss him.. and them together! love, ben

Esbjörn Svensson died on June 2008 in a diving accident in a belt of islands just off Stockholm.
