I like that you pointed out that while the message of this song (be yourself, have fun, don't let others opinions stop you) isn't the most deap and complicated, neither is the messages of most songs. "I love my partner", "one sided live hurts", "war is bad" aren't that complex or deep either. 3 minute pop songs generally aren't deep. Laughter isn't any less valuable emotion than crying.

Henri Piispanen was not meant to be singing live at all, as he just helped out with the demo, but they couldn't find another singer. I don't think he wanted his name on it, but could be wrong.

It’s not a joke entry, Per Se, it’s fun entry with deeper meaning lyrics: Is there something wrong with the way I look? Is there something wrong with who I am? If I'm not alright, tell me why do I Feel so beautiful tonight? No rules! It's how I live How I find the wind beneath my wings, It's how I learn to fly! It’s an anthem for being who you are 🌈🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🎉🎊 And at the same time it’s a birth story🦅🥚 Love the message and also how it combines the Finnish mythodology Kalevala where the world is created from the goldeneye’s’ egg. In the stage performance the singer Henri represents the bird (see the similarity of the movements the clothing) and the Windows95man is born (as all humans) naked. The stage coordinator tries in the middle of the song give the rules to our hero but he throws the instructions flying in the air. He wants to be free and who he is despite what the others try him to be! He is looking for his jeans shorts and finally they descent from the heaven (mythodology) and our guy becomes Windows95man and starts the party with cheerful fireworks!💥 DJ Windows95man have been dj:ing now 11 years already and he is also a visual artist. Henri Piispanen is professional singer and voice actor. They met while doing this project and liked each other’s and decided to participate in ESC.

W95Man is Teemu Keisteri, the one in W95 t-shirt and shorts. He is a visual artist and a DJ. This is his first single. The singer is uncredited featuring artist Henri Piispanen, vocalist of Finnish band Pasa. And a voice actor. Your reaction was cool and fun to watch. 🙂

I love you find the meening ❤ its really strong message "be youself. Live your life!" and sometimes we need somebody to shake our rules and again think what is important.

Lyrics are full of nostalgic cliche lyrics. Also, a lot of performances have someone undressing but Windows95man is dressing himself 😁 not following rules i see 🫢 yes, notes are on point 👍
