اعتذر عن التأخير في الرد Adrenaline (Epinephrine) prolongs the QT interval via the adrenergic receptor (the opposite effect of beta blockers which are used in treatment), that's why adrenaline was used previously as a provocative test but not now.

Quinidine is used in Brugada syndrome in case of recurrent appropriate ICD shocks due to recurrent VT episodes, as it blocks the K efflux in the Ito current (phase 1 of the action potential in the ventricular myocardium), so reducing the voltage gradient between the ventricular muscle fibers and reducing the VT episodes.
