Escalade D Pillar install on 05 Tahoe Z71

Installed Escalade pillars on my Z71. Thinking about putting LED's in the slits of the pillars comment down below if I should add the LED's

I installed a set on my 2006 Yukon XL 2500 along with dual LED light strips. They make a big difference.

Thanks for checking out the video. The interior pieces are fairly easy to get out. Most plastic peace are clipped in and some have a couple of 7mm screws in them. Just be careful because the clips could break. The rear carpet has two star bolts can’t remember the size bit need to remove them.

@@lan5142 if you have a 04 then yes you can get them from an 02-06 Escalade and it will be a direct fit.

Thanks for tuning in. My Tahoe is a 05 the pillar you can get off of a 03-06 Exacalade. I’m not sure of the year I pulled mine off of but it was in between those years of 03-06

@@kingtony234 no problem at all. I have a kobolt power tool set from lowes with the deep welI sockets 10-24. I have like a 200 piece tool chest with 1/2 3/8 and 1/4 ratchets. And also torque wrench foot pound and inch pound. The any else I just buy tools as I go.
