I worked hard on this one, so forgive the delay in supplying my normal 3 hour meditations. I'm constant trying to juggle my own music projects, life and the channel. I'm always growing, and I want my meditations to also reflect my growth as a person and musician.
The din of the world is dividing, many have good intentions but are alienating others because we "know" we hold the solutions. We have a phrase in Montana, "Get Lost." It's about exploring the vastness of this state, taking in the forests, the mountains, the prairies... Let's loose ourselves of our anxiety, get lost, and enjoy every moment.

I used to get anxiety attacks and then i worked out that I was magnesium deficient. No more anxiety attacks. The cello moves me like no anxiety attack ever could.

With most music that I "attempt" to relax to, I have to really make myself focus on feeling at ease. (And re-focus and re-focus) Your music is unlike any other! Their is a place inside me that thirsts for such a soothing flow of sound. It drinks them up like water. No concentration, focusing, or endless self-talk required. Your music makes everything inside me exhale. The sounds you create are a gift to humanity.

This is wonderful. Cello music is beautiful. I know that on a cello the open tuning is C-G-D-A. C is the biggest and A is the smallest. 1st position on the C string is C#, 1st position on the G string is G#, 1st position on the D string is D#, 1st position on the A string is A#, 2nd position on the C string is D, 2nd position on the D string is E, 2nd position on the A string is B, 3rd position on the C string is D#, 3rd position on the G string is A#, and the 3rd position on the A string C. You got the open tuning on Cello is C-G-D-A. C is the biggest string and A is the smallest. You got the fretboard and the different positions on the fretboard. I totally love the soothing sounds of Cello music.

I played violin as a child and have thought about how to bring that extension of my soul back for years. I felt that it was reminiscent of the Heike Monogatari , the masterpiece of military chronicles in old Japan . It is a melody filled with sadness which reminds of the pitiful scene that the grandmother has the Emperor of a small grandchild , and the entrance water suicide is lost in the battle in the world dividing line .
