I don't get why Don and others got mad at Barry for being worried about E2 Iris and Joe, it's like they haven't been watching the show thus far and don't understand what kind of person Barry is. Iris and Joe are family to Barry, regardless of what earth they're on. The plan was obviously going to off the rails, or we wouldn't have an episode. Besides, he got into Zoom's base didn't he? They saved Jessie didn't they? Also, Jessie is a TEENAGER so it shouldn't be that surprising the she reacted that way.
