I am familiar with mafia 1/2 and la noire. But I'm talking about a GTA size prohibition game with a story to match. Even if there's a multiplayer aspect it could revolve around you and your gang making and selling alcohol along with other player gangs. Imagine if a bunch of players are out into a server, each gang has to become the most powerful gang in the city by taking out other groups. The server could then wipe after a month or so to keep gameplay fresh.
