I AM ME Another misconception, ISIS make sharia law torture and abuse. Sharia law is not what you think it is. In fact ISIS do not follow shariah law, they follow their own rules. THERE IS NO AUTHENTIC, SHARIAH LAW WRITTEN IN A BOOK OR SOME SORT, LIKE WESTERN LAW. For example, if you have seen the video of the women getting stoned to death even by her father, under ISIS law, they claimed that she had committed adultery, yet there was no evidence for it, they did not follow shariah law which states that if one is suspected of adultery, FOUR witnesses must be brought against them who saw them have sex, and then BOTH THE ADULTERER AND ADULTERESS, ARE STONED. and if the four witnesses fail to testify they will be flogged 80 lashes. Instead of following this rule ISIS decide to only punish the girl as though she had sex with her self, and they do not bring witnesses against her and they are unjust to her.

So this punishment is a DETERRENT, given the conditions that it states, THIS LAW SHOULD NEVER REALLY BE IMPLEMENTED ON ANYONE. Quran chapter 4 verse 15 "Those who commit unlawful sexual intercourse of your women bring against them four witnesses from among you". This is from the Quran, not any book of sharia or whatever.
