Escape From Tarkov Is In DANGER, Here's Why!

In this video, I'm going to compare two of the most popular extraction shooters, Escape From Tarkov and Arena Breakout:Infinite. Escape From Tarkov has been out for several years and is by far the most popular and widely known extraction shooter. Recently, Arena Breakout went into closed beta and let's just say that most people were impressed.
I've put together 5 reasons why I think Arena Breakout could actually 'Kill' Tarkov, and what areas I think the game does better.
Now just remember, this is all my opinion and despite these reasons Tarkov is still my favourite game by far and I think it will be really difficult to come out with an extraction shooter that can dethrone it.

1:56 this is one of the things I really love about tarkov, the fact that squads have to be more careful about what they shoot makes playing as solo more fair.

Agreed, tarkov was getting lazy with no competition. After a few of these games came out, bsg stepped up by adding fixes and events. Let's hope it continues.

In my opinion, they've gotten a lot better with adding new features and making meaningful patch updates. Although we still have several existing issues and bugs which are not yet being addressed, but this wipe as a whole has seen some really promising changes.

It absolutely will not kill tarkov. I have played around 200hrs of ABI since getting beta key in the first wave and I have already quit. It feels like a nasty chinese knockoff and that's exactly what it is.

I think it has some features that are great and more casual friendly for people who don't have time to grind tarkov. Although I do agree, tarkov is difficult to replicate and replace and this game (at least for me) has not killed tarkov

A lot of the positives for ABI are also negatives for ABI if you like the high skill threshold of tarkov. I have played a bit of ABI now and it just doesn't give you the sweaty palms that tarkov does... in terms of immersion Tarkov is just a better game full stop

the loading into a game is mainly base on other player not using M.2 SSD's. if most did play in that. the matches would be about 2 mins wait or so .

Tarkov is in danger for me cuz ever since the update a few days ago the game crashes within 45 seconds of the start of each raid. Updated my gpu driver and reinstalled tarkov but no luck 😭

Definitely not. Not sure if you watched the whole video but my view is that they each cater to two different niches, hard-core vs casual players. I think given its a bit more newbie friendly though people from cod, pubg, cs etc. Will be more willing to give it a try as a result though
