How do you protect your music academy from having your employees stealing your students?

Great question. I might do a video on this. But for now, here's some of the biggest things that drastically reduce the chances of student theft.... 1. Building a music school that offers better experiences and opportunities than private teachers, so if students leave they would very obviously be leaving for something worse. 2. Hiring well. Checking reference, character and motives. Having clear conversations about boundaries and policies. 3. Providing a great job and being a great boss who develops them and their career and provides a clear pathway to earn more. All of this is covered in massive detail in our Build a Music school library both in Module 4 & 6. You can grab a free trial to check it out here: www.buildamusicschool.com/7-Day_Free_Trial

@@buildamusicschool No. Like the content of what they teach. I have all my lessons built but the issue is on how can i have teachers teach using my content because it’s all planned out but without them stealing my lesson and using it in other places or even selling it

@@jtmusiclessons21 Here's 2 bits of advice for you. One practical, the other more mindset... 1 - In the BAM library you can grab all our curriculum books for free and add your own branding and covers to them. You can also watermark pages with your logo so if a teacher does copy stuff, their students are seeing your logo 2. This isn't worth wasting your time worrying about. It's rare and when it does happen - i've never seen a thief succeed in building a teaching business that would be any threat to mine. Don't let things like this hold you back from building your dream music school.
