Agree, crocs would scare me there, but those crabs are massive! What a yummy feast that looked! Not fishers but you did keep us interested throughout! Love watching your camping lifestyle! You do pack a lot in!

Awesome video again Kev & Chris, good looking camp spot too (just need a few stairs down to leave your boat tied up below) Those crab pots look like the opera style yabbie nets 🎣🦀👍🏼🍻

some camps have got a walkway down to their boats and those crab pots are very similar to opera house style pots they are cheep so if they get croced its not so bad cheers Kev

Hi guys love your channel quick question when you talk about the crabs being full what are you referring too ????
@travellingaustralia73195 ай бұрын
that is how much meat is inside ,they are empty when they are in a new shell until they fill it out you can usally tell if its full the shell is quite dark underneath and the grinding claw is worn down cheers Kev

Great Crabs. How do you know how long to cook them for. Is it just experience or is there a formula? Must be a lot longer than the sand crabs.
@travellingaustralia73195 ай бұрын
yes we normaly cook /boil for 18 minutes from water boiling best to cook and chill in sea water cheers Kev

Why don't you like eating brim I recon they taste great but I suppose barra and cod are better if their there plentiful 😊
@travellingaustralia73195 ай бұрын
The only reason we dont take bream is because how long they take to grow not because of their eating quality they are good to eat cheers Kev
