Adorable buyers and a real walk down memory lane for me. I grew up in Essex and actually lived for a while In Tillingham, the second village. Amazing to see the village shop is still there. (I left 40 years ago!) I hope they found their dream home in Essex - they had a good chance, with a million pound budget.

But Essex bumps up against London, so you'd have to head east and northeast to actually have country.
