After watching the whole series- I just thought of something so heart wrecking- Okay so. Imagine Carmen. Shes been alive for who knows how long. After Alfonso and the listener get married and have the child, She thinks its finally time to move onto the next life. Alfonso is finally realizing how much he cared about Carmen and is sobbing his eyes out trying convince her not to go. After a long debate he agrees while the listener and Alfonso are later on with carmen at a beautiful hillside. Its still dark out and Alfonso is telling his son whats about to happen. After saying goodbyes and such. The sun Finally rises and Carmen comments on how beautiful the sunrise is before fading away into dust.
