I'm stuck rn due to my daughter's cancer. It's a bad one, so we have to wait a few years on maintenance meds to make sure her remission continues. Still planning to live outside the USA for cost savings at least half the year at some point.

I understand this, I seen a video where a lady moved to Costa Rica that has cancer and it basically healed her she said. Because was less stress, cleaner air, more peaceful, and helped in the process. Hope your daughter gets better soon 🙏

Omigoodness! That Casita is absolutely perfectimundo! I would be abundantly blessed to find a similar place in my dream spot, La Paz! I hope your client knows what a treasure you found, rents it and loves it there... thrives there!! You, Sir, are a miracle worker!! Thank you for your great, very helpful videos. (Btw, pancreatic cancer took my Dad the same way... all cancer is horrible, pancreatic is brutal) Thank you again for all you do to teach others how to live abundantly abroad!

Happy Father's Day! You always hear that you go to college, get a education, get a good job, work then retire! But LIFE does not work that way! You should always travel and do things you want to do along the way! Life is SO short! I learned that lesson during COVID! I also learned to save during COVID! So I learned many lessons and my hubby and I travel and I am ready to retire early at age 58 being debt free for 10 years! I would like to move out of the US - No excuses - just not sure where I want to move and definitely doing my research in the meanwhile! Great vid! You are doing the right thing for you and your family! Continued Blessings and Prayers!

There is a simple question to be asked; what is your reality? Once that can be answered, your advice/suggestions can now become ones reality. Like your father said, you were a nonconformist, you did it on the fly, 11pm - 7am, very few will do that, you understood your reality. We, collectively, were brought up in a society that believed in "the system" not realizing that it foundation is/was based on the plantation. Now, people like yourself broke away from that mentality, and as said, one must look in their mirror, and answer that question. It's a hard cold decision one must make to break away from the plantation mindset. Great exposure to paving your own path. It will never be easy, but once started ones mindset can accomplish any and everything. Belated Father's Day, my brother.🎉

"I'm too old to move to Mexico solo." Well... If you ever change your mind... Consider asking Cortez (sp?) if he will put you in contact with some of his acquaintances. They will be able to give you the pros and cons to consider. That way, you'll effectively build a 'community', thereby not necessarily being 'solitary' if you choose to move solo. 😃 Just something to consider. 😊 Great endeavors whatever you decide! 👍🏾

Question? If I am a temporary resident in MX can I start a youtube channel? Or do I have to get permission from immigration? Would I then pay income tax to MX or US? (Don't know the first thing about starting a channel, but thought I may want to learn at some point).🎉 thanks!
