I agree so my next 2 or 3 homes will be in that range. Doing another walk through on Monday so watch fot it Monday evening or Tuesday morning. About $280,000 list price.

There are locals that want to restrict immigration even more because some people that come here don't want to assimilate into the culture here.

True. But as long as the government grants visas, the people from North of the border will come. A small percentage will always be discontents, but most immigrants are happy to be here and appreciate the culture.
