I also am so happy for the landlords because they are also creating a life of health and happiness. And for you Cartess, I have no doubt you will grow from strength to strength. The police presents in each city is for two very different reasons, one it to catch the criminals, the other to a show and to prevent. It’s a no crime city because the cartel families all reside in Merida, if you’re stupid enough to commit a crime in Merida you will be found and apprehended. It’s the cartels “Safe zone”

The tip for taking out a loan for an emergency fund is cringy for me!! 😖 Personally, taking out a loan to put in a saving account is not wise at all b/c the interest you will pay for that loan will far exceed any interest you will earn in any savings account. And if anyone can find a way to make her tip for this work, I will like to know....
@MoveAbroadandThrive2 жыл бұрын
I get what she was saying ... She wasn't recommending this as a generalized tip for every one. It was more me (as an option/suggestion) since I'm over here in Mexico with kids (and just after having 2 emergencies here), it's a quick way for me to get that cushion in the bank so i could get back to the business of making money (she recommended some options for not just letting the money sit in a savings account). I'm sure she can add more clarification to it that I can ...
@deshac83202 жыл бұрын
@@MoveAbroadandThrive I understand that technique being used to cover emergency expenses and cost of living. If that's the reason then yes I would also agree.

I agree it’s not a good idea to put a significant amount of money into a Savings account because savings accounts don’t pay really any interests. Heck, some savings accounts charge you if the money sits for extended periods without any consistent deposits. There’s several other places for money to go and work moderately although it’s deemed “Emergency” Money Talk Uncensored will share the details “they” don’t want you to know. The idea of getting a loan for an emergency fund is more about “Peace of mind” for those who already have the “know how” to generate unlimited income…(I.e. the entrepreneur mindset). The Entrepreneurial mind can focus more on making money when it’s not worried about money. Set up automatic payment and focus on doing what it knows how to do and enjoys doing…business. No one idea is a good fit for everyone. Each persons financial decisions are they’re own. I enjoy helping people Understand there’s more that can be explored than what’s common knowledge.
@davidsebastianelli132610 ай бұрын
I think you misunderstood, I believe what she was saying was to put the money you do have into an interest paying account such as an annuity, high yield savings or just something that brings in money like stocks where your money isn't easily available. Then if you need money for an emergency take out a loan then because plenty of time can go by before you need it for an emergency and during that time the money you do have has been making money. Just saying....

What a lovely couple and a beautiful home. But I do wonder, are they aware the the reason why Merida has so much police presents and such little crime because because ALL the families (wife’s and children, husband come and go ) of the cartel live there and that’s why it’s a no crime city ( or else) ? If it wasn’t for the heat most of the year, it would be my go to city in Mexico
@myles262 жыл бұрын
I appreciate the video brotha! Quick question... What is the heat and humidity like out there? I can tell it was kinda hot when you guys were outside, but it didn't look too crazy. It didn't seem like you all were sweating that much. Is it cooler than Mérida?
@MoveAbroadandThrive2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching... And yes, it gets deathly hot out here. We were fortunate to find a shaded spot to sit under, but as soon as we walked away, that heat came down. Humidity wasn't too bad. This week, we suppose to get up to 102 and it'll rise as the weeks go by... I believe it was in the low 90s the day i shot this video. It's not much cooler than Merida.

@Belltown Daisy but you know what IMO Merida was cooler this year. Back home in Methississippi, it made Merida look down right pleasant compared to their heat waves 🤣🤣🤣
@talesfromtheleashexpatdogl14262 жыл бұрын
@Myles idk where you're from but if you're familiar with New Orleans it's similar just less humid and comparatively zero crime. I'm from a small town in NE Methississippi and they have more murders by guns in one weekend than we do in a year here. Of course, I'm only 90 minutes from Memphis and it's a tiny little bit dangerous there.
