My enjoyment of an episode is usually linked to the positive, enthusiastic reactions of the buyers when they visit properties they like and even love. My best moments are when there is a tear in the eye when that dream property has been found. Well, the complete lack of enthusiasm and emotion displayed in this episode made the whole thing very flat. And yet the houses shown did stick well enough to the brief. At no point during the introductory interview did they say that absolutely had to have large rooms.

Third property didn't have a sitting room. It had a sunroom. Is that the living room/dining room? I thought number 1 house. was really nice. What's strange is the mystery house wasn't even so large. Kitchen and bedrooms were small. They wanted big.

#1 - tiny property. stairs? master room is too small for a single bed. she doesn't need a big garden. she'll be in a chair. #2 - too small. no bathroom upstairs? knock out walls? why would you want a house 10 minutes from your other house/ #3 - finally a downstairs bedroom! she won't buy this house.
