i think i knew why the ''worst bed glitch'' works in psup for some rs.that is when you use it in fortress of solitude,when you respawn you will in crawl mode,and the shulker is 1 block higher.so if you keep respawning in crawl mode,you will stuck in lava forever.but in psup,you respawn in normal mode for some rs,and because there is hitbox(shulker)so you respawn in the cell.maybe that

I have an idea for an insanely hard to escape prison: the isochamber, a prison that skips all this "kill check" and lava business, by simply making the "cell" be the only chunk in the middle of a ring of chunkbans that's safe to be in, in the end dimension, with all the endstone cut away for hundreds of blocks in all directions.

The entire prison idea is broken anyway. Seriously, I already know that even if someone was smart enough to set a prison at the world spawn. They’d be dumb because you would just spawn on top of the prison effectively making it useless. (Thank you 2b2t) And even if someone was forced into a prison you really think they’re going to willingly set their spawn in a trapped bed? No, if they angled their cursor just above the bed and hit their fist. It would look like they right clicked and the guards would never know.
