I’d like to tell you how wonderful those videos you’re making are the snowstorms the hurricanes the kind of sort of gruesome weather but I love all of that and now we’re starting to see animals and all of those. I don’t know if they’re deer or what they are, but that was something heard of them but anyway your work is appreciated. Your videos are loved And so is your van what a beautiful rig I think I got my wife interested already and doing a little bit of camping so keep up the hard work. I know a lot of it isn’t easy but when I see, you kicked back in the van with a nice coffee it really makes me want to get started on my van escapades Cheryl and Jim saying stay warm when you’re up in the freezing weather OK back to the video

I love the parts involving terrible storms and riding them out in the van. That makes me feel so toasty in my nice warm home. I would like to know more about your van and how you survive these bad storms. Do you have a generator, or run off of your van battery? How do you prevent your fluids from freezing or the battery from dying? What other things does your van provide to you? These might have been answered quite a while ago, but I don't know that.
@NorwegianXplorerАй бұрын
Thanks, I dont use a generator, I use lithium batteries with built in heating and in winter I do not keep any water in the clean water or grey water tanks. Heating comes from a Truma Combi 4 and I use Nokian winter tires studless

Thank goodness it was topped off gas. I always thought that at this age, 67, I’d finally get the time to travel. I spent my younger years traveling some but I had children to raise and worked as a nurse. In 2020 I was diagnosed with a rare Stage 4 Lymphoma that’s not curable. I’m taking care of my 89 year old mom and coming up to my 5 years cancer diagnosis. It’s a milestone anniversary and I’m still hopeful I’ll have at least 6 more years. I did travel to Europe , actually Portugal and Italy when I was young and spent years and years camping with my family. First in tents then onward to eventually a 30+ ft. motorhome mostly all of the East Coast from Canada to Florida and west as far as Texas. I never got to see your travels so I can’t express how much I appreciate and enjoy it. Thank you and safe travels my friend!

Your new flower-tray is really awesome, and I also like your coffee-box. The lake is beautiful, but that rosted train-bridge is ugly.... Driving through Lapland I heard a symphony of cow-bells, I love that sound. Min. 59 : other magnificent lake ! As someone says in the comments : your life as a wilderness-adventurer doesn't seem to give much cause to human contact. That's true. Have you the possibility of phoning your family now and then.... ? They must have been worried when you recently were ill ... Really fantastic (drone) images again Jarl. We could have met there, we drove exactly the same way! Only 2 weeks earlier. Strömsund, Vilhelmina, Jokkmokk. So funny! And very recognizable. I saw that the bridge in Strömsund is still not finished. The rust on that trainbridge and the surroundings make a good contrast, love that! There are many railwaybridges in Sweden like that. Lots of rust.But what bad weather you're having, yuck! It would be nice if the sun broke through more often, the clouds in the Artic are so beautiful! We have been there in many special places with our campervan. I hope that your campervan continues to do well (have the glow plugs checked) and fortunately that the stone has not caused a serious leak in the diesel tank. Have fun and we'll drive with you and enjoy it from our couch. And above all, stay safe.
