Yeah, if you're cool and cooperative, they seem to be chill with pulling speeding in non crowded areas. I did a loud flyby some friends in a 35 construction zone and definitely hit 70 and a police car was apparently behind me. Pulled me and asked for my license and just asked if I had insurance and owned my car. Checked my license and then basically told me not to speed /in front of cops/. I was chill, he was chill... It was a great time. Buddies were apparently flipping shit when they saw the cruiser speed up to meet me.
