Escaping Severe Weather/Tornadoes in our Camper Van

We learned our lesson in a tornado in Norman last year and decided to try and escape severe weather in our campervan with our new puppy rescue Opal!

I am so glad y’all are safe. I live in Katy Texas and Thursday evening we had a Tornado go through North Katy and the Cypress area. Some people are still without power, my daughter included. It was bad but luckily our house, cars and family are great. Praise God for that! Please take and be careful. Much love to y’all 💛❤️🍯🐝

A VERY small tornado hit here in California when I was in my 20's and it took part of a roof of a church nearby. That was the most damage aside from small debris and small trees and that was scary enough for me. 😁I can't imagine what y'all go thru with big tornadoes. I'll take my earthquakes any day. Keep safe, glad everyone is ok.✌

Enjoy your videos. Opal is just precious. I found your videos when you got her. Hail is scary. It can do major damage. But I am like Nicolette. I have always want to go with the storm chasers to see the storms. But safely. Understand better to be safe than sorry in your own vehicle, which is your home.

Anxiety over something real like a natural event that can kll y is not ridiculous. lol Unless ur in California worried about tornadoes. 😆 I've been through many earthquakes here, big and small and I'll take them any day over hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards, tsunamis. It's probably the most survivable of all natural disasters so feel no shame for keeping yr family safe. 😉

I saw debris flying around like crazy when I was a kid. Was a tornado tearing up the neighbors roofs . Next day the Park we had been at had uprooted trees. The gas station was torn apart. Convenience store was very damaged. Back in the 70s no siren .

You do know tornadoes travel Northeast. From what I've seen so far this year with tornadoes in so many states they have been really violent so far. Stay safe.
