Mr Robinson everybody keeps saying they're finding Pennies on the dollar so how is it done? do I need to stop working with Realtors and on another way to find Properties or what? I'm in the Tampa area

If you are taking about chicago you need like 5 Realtors chicago and it's suburbs is a big place so I use them by zone or section north east west south. Now if you are taking about Tampa Florida I don't know that market but I do know it may be a seller market there now and not a buyer market it's expensive there right now but there is a military base there and I believe a football team if you can get a property around those areas then you may be set

Get apps bigger pockets,trulia,zillow,redfin,remax,auction.com, hubzu.com Realtors to send you house on the MLS, realtor.com You will have to look at hundreds of houses before you know if it's the right time to buy listen to the chatter build relationships and ask people what they do you come in contact with

Love your podcast!! BTW - What software do you use for Video recording? Is it skype or zoom.us or something else? We interview business authors for entrepreneurs and we find that the Audio quality is pretty bad when recording video interviews online.

Hi Matt, l have a contract on a house in Trenton which, l am using a 203k loan to purchase as a first time buyer. l want to sell the contract to someone else so l would have some money for now. What should l do? Please advise. Thanks.

Awuramma Parry I think it might be to late but what you do is assign that contract to the other buyer. Just make sure you have "and or assign" in the original contract or something like "this contract is fully assignable". Or you can do a double closing. Good Luck 👍🍀
