I didn’t count songs that contained English + another language fe: Wild Dances 🇺🇦. I counted fully non English songs only. I know that Alcohol is Free contains the English title and repeats it during the song but the Wikipedia doesn’t count it as Greek and English. If it did then 🇮🇹 Italy 2013 would be the best non English that year!

Russia 2012 is linked in the Wikipedia as English, and another language I m not aware of. Greece 2013 the whole song is in Greek and they just repeat the song title which isn’t linked as “English” language in the Wikipedia
