1. Make sure staff are properly trained. 2. Wash your hands. 3. Wash all produce. 4. Properly store food. 5. Cook food to proper temperatures. 6. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces. 7. Perform self health inspection. 8. Know local food health codes. 9. Regularly check temperatures. 10. Check all income in food shipments.
