I will clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces. I will perform self health inspection. I know local food health codes. I will regularly check temperatures. I don’t know why they call this oysters Rockefeller. Oyster Rockefeller I think it’s spinach Gruyere cheese and a béchamel sauce? So you get some canned spinach you have the flour and the butter and the milk, there might be some bacon on it. I know it definitely has the béchamel and spinach.
