Great review gentlemen! I tried for months to sort the pin issues out with Hatsan and unfortunately, they came up with a cheap fix that doesnt reliably keep the pins in place instead of some solid hardware. I can say that they were gracious enough to send me out of the new forend pump, so I'll put that on and finish my review series of fhe bulltac! Be safe out there! 😁👍

I added a red dot and this thing is becoming a favorite of mine. Recoil is brutal but I like it. The absolute best buy I've made besides getting my WASR for $300 back in the day.

A little Loctite Indoor Adhesive on both sides of those roll pin covers should hold them in place. This is a weak point of the design. Most pumps rarely need complete disassembly. Removing the roll pins for disassembly is not a good plan. Other than that, I love it! Great in small places.

Cool gun. The “upgraded” roll pin covers are a joke. Both of them came off flying with only about 50 rounds. Thinking I’m gonna Loctite ‘em. Other than that, very fun gun to shoot.

Mine lasted 5 rounds before the locking block sheared off. Probably bad heat treatment. Sent it back for repair.

@@lastminuteman I shipped it out September 30th and they haven’t received it yet. I also have one in 20 gauge that hasn’t given me any trouble yet.

@@lastminuteman Just received FedEx shipping information that I should have the shotgun back on October 12th. No information from Escort on what happened to make the locking system fail.

@@lastminuteman I’m surprised how fast they are sending it back to me, they received it on October 7th and shipped it out on the 9th. Probably just replaced the locking block but I won’t know until I get it back. I’m going to take it apart and inspect it before putting rounds through it.
