Күн бұрынThe Escort Rally Special is a rally event for Mk1 and Mk2 Ford Escort's only. The race track of Chimay, Belgium and it's surroundings is the perfect host for this fantastic rally.
It is the best event on the planet if you like RWD Ford Escorts like myself :)
On Saturday there's the show you see in this video, on Sunday there're 4 stages, each driven 3 times, and a second run of the Chimay Show closing the event.
Frank and Lauren Kelly won the event in 2022 with their Millington powered Mk2 Escort nicknamed Baby Blue.
Frank and Lauren had every intention of defending their title and they were leading halfway but in the end it was Christopher O'Callaghan who took the victory after a fierce battle.

Drones don't record sound so I mixed in some music... But yes, a screaming BDA sounds way better! I'm experimenting with strapping a mic to the drone but the propellers make a lot of noise too...
