I'm on this nocturnal schedule right now where I go to bed ~7 am and sleep til about 5 or 6pm. It's wonderful not having to deal with normal day time people

Same but my disability carer and sometimes the mail lady wake me up in the middle of my sleep schedule and then I can't function for like two days. Or I wake up to screaming toddlers or ridiculously loud gardeners. Other than that it's great. I wish stores didn't close as early as 8PM though, I hate rushed mornings.

As a person with ADHD and Aspergers syndrome, I know what you mean Tatjana. Although I physically can't stay up that late or change my hours that drastically. I still don't sleep until 3-4am, and I must say ASMR helps my overactive brain relax. I wish I could help people as you do miss [esc reality]. Maybe in the future I'll get a mic worth a damn.

This is why I chose to work third shift (I'm an RN). I love that, in my area, I can get groceries delivered in the middle of the night (my job gives us a discount on it). I like people for he most part or I couldn't do my job, but I agree that it's nice not having to deal with so many people during the day. 😊👍🏻

I hate to sound like a parent but PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THOSE CHARCOAL DISCS. My stepfather is a firefighter and has been on more than a few calls where a home was burned down by one of those things. They are fine if placed in a container that contains the sparks, but it looks like the holder you put it on does not fully contain all of the errant sparks.

This is very relaxing, I like the breathing excercises and the hand movements. I also like Sai's presence in this, he seems to have a calming effect. I like the water visualisation, I have always found water and rivers to have a calming effect on me. This made me sleepy. Thank you for making this. :-)
