This is perfect rn I'm having a hard time in general after a "nothing" episode I'm starting to get more anxious lately and feel stuck, I had a painful headache today being inside not going out I feel so trapped and tired, I feel I need to do more but I'm trying to feel more comfortable in myself at the same time it's just really stressful. @@ManlyMenAndSam i have depressive episodes were I feel numb which is what I meant by "nothing episode" I can't really feel much or do much because I have no let's say motivation along with other things like disconnected from myself sometimes. I hope this was helpful and I hope your doing ok.

I understand this. I've dealt with some form of derealization or depersonalization for some time now. With meditation it has been improving slowly, I should be more consistent with that. How are you doing now?

My 2 favorite triggers - hand movements and energy healing/work. In general, I adore the combination of ASMR and energy work, it’s incredibly relaxing. And yet we live in an interesting time, with such interesting things as the Internet, KZbin, ASMR. We don't even know each other, but in the most difficult and depressing moments of my life, and just sleepless nights, it was you - your videos, who came to my aid, helping me to recover or just fall asleep.. I’ve not been able to focus much or appreciate anything both serious and vulnerable lately, and this actually managed to make everything and myself feel more real, so thank you. I’ve been feeling unreliable or confused about these things lately (not able to pin down what’s wrong), so anything safe in me has been slowly escaping, feeling less genuine or subtly closing in and feeling scared. This sort of helped bring the subject to attention again, thank you; it was somehow out of sight. A few things you said felt pretty impactful and resonated also, and I felt more receptive to them after my first listen. If anything, thank you, I was able to be genuinely calm, cozy and I felt real for a bit. The decors, colors, triggers/visual triggers, nature footage and everything were genuinely amazing too - everything felt right^

You have practiced your speech and breathing in a calming rhythm. Never will I put down the others because I think what they do helps themselves and others who follow them.
