@@emperorshowa8842 he did not send troops to Russia but give them to Germany the "blue division" for its war against communism but especially the USSR. after the civil war in Spain the H made it clear to Franco that he was indebted to him. Franco then had no choice and obeyed the meeting in Hendaye between the two shows the refusal of friendship between the two but no cooperation

@@Alexandre-oc2ch A.H and Franco met only once at Hendaye, France on 23 October 1940 to fix the details of an alliance. By this time, the advantages had become less clear for either side. Franco asked for too much from HR.
