No, According to laws only 0.75% from employee's salary & rest 3.25 by the employer should be contributed. But some companies cuts whole part from employee's salary, you can complaint against them in ESIC department..

Sir mere Father ko esic se निःशक्तता पेंशन 10 saal se 250rs mil rahi hai . 250rs bi ab hui hai... .... But wo bahut kam hai. Es baare Main maine esic office main jaake baat bi ki thi. Par officers ka kahnaa tha ki jo pansion fix ho gayi hai ab usme aur jayada badotri nai ho sakti.. Sir pleez mera aapse yahi sawal hai ki kya pansion thodi bad nai sakti ab...
