Ahh Dear Esk. I drove though Esk twice a week for years in my youth travelling home to the Sunshine Coast from Toowoomba. I always stopped on Sunday evening at the cafe just before closing time for a milk shake and sometimes a pie. They were lovely people who owned that cafe in the early 70's. The drive through Esk from Beerwah then Kilcoy and on up the range to Toowoomba was always wonderful. If you have never done that journey I highly recommend it. Thanks for showing us around the new look town.
