Eskay taught this community a lesson: in a world of testosterone boasted sexist players, she was able to rip through all of the stereotypes and misbelieves regarding the capability of a "female player". She showed this community that she can not only play a very difficult hero like Lúcio, but also other supports and DPS heroes in a very impressive way. She left her mark on this community and it won't ever be erased or forgotten. That's truly valuable, and that's the best reward from this entire experience, in my opinion. Congratulations, Eskay, you've earned your title and everyone's respect.

I remember when I found Eskay for the first time back in like 2018. She made many montages of her playing Lucio. I remember young me seeing that and thinking "I wanna be like her". I watched as many lucio tutorials as I could, some by Eskay, others by other youtubers. I even specifically searched "How to play lucio like Eskay." Back then I was a low silver mercy main. Now I've climbed the ranks up to mid diamond, reaching it in early 2020. Eskay's videos made we want to be better at Lucio, and I challenged myself to improve. She reignited my love for competitive games and for Overwatch. I even based my whole online identity after lucio (frog), as I basically one-tricked him. I don't necessarily owe Eskay anything, but she is a big reason why things progressed the way they did for me. Thank you Eskay for making content (if you see this), and I will continue to watch your videos and support you. You are one of the best content creators I've seen in a long time, and your content shaped my taste in video games and my playstyle to this day.

I can’t wait to see what you do with overwatch 2 and all the things in between. When I first got overwatch I only played supports and mainly brig and mercy and Ana. I couldn’t figure out a good way to play lucio till I found your videos and I tried to learn from that. It worked surprisingly well and I had some good fun both stalling and tormenting people. I remember practicing rollouts on the maps while I queued up for games then got in and had fun. Winning or losing lucio is such a fun character to play and watching you showed me that. From this Xbox player, I want to thank you.
