Is it worthwhile upgrading to the 2.0 over the original? I'm more concerned about wear and tear on my drill (Milwaukee Fuel) than anything else. The auger itself works great.

One of the main benefits of the Pistol Bit 2.0 over the original is it's efficiency with drills. It doesn't stress the drill as hard, so you'll get more holes and it's a bit faster. We find that it's a lot smoother cut as well. This comes from the Turbo Blades on the business end, which is the main change and upgrade on the Pistol Bit 2.0 augers.

Will there eventually be a video comparison for performance comparison between previous model vs. the 2.0? And is the 2.0 using a completely different set of blades?
