Suggestion din sa mga nag prep sa interviews, pag tinanong ang “Tell me things about yourself.” Say things that describe you professionally and personally. ;-) also, careful with your fillers and gaps. Smile. They prefer articulate people than fluent ones. ;-) so practice speaking in front of mirror, speak in English. Don’t be too conscious of your grammar. What matters is you get to express yourself confidently and your message across.

I'm a tutor din in Acadsoc pero napaka strict na po nila now at nag resign na ako. Madaming bawas sa sweldo pag nag absent or nalate ka sa clock in at sa mismong klase. Dapat din magka 5 star ka palagi pag hindi nagustohan ng student bibigyan ka lang ng 1 star minus yung points mo at sweldo mo. Madami ding mga training na dapat ipasa at mga online courses na dapat sagutan na hindi paid. 90 pesos per hour pag starting pero slowly tumataas pag tumaas na din yung teaching points mo. Kasi meron akong kakilala same kami acadsoc pero nagkasakit siya tapos cinancel niya lahat ng klase niya kaya bawas sa sweldo niya 3 times ata ng sweldo niya per hour yung binawas sa kanya. Nangyari na din sa akin yun noong nagblack out sa amin at nawala ang internet connection namin. Babawasan ka pa rin ng 3 times ng sweldo ko kaya nakakainis kasi according sa rules responsibility mo yun lahat so umalis na ako diya nakaka inis.

Thank you girl for this video .😍 You know, I am nervous while you're waiting for the interview. Interview is what i hated the most but I have to face the fact that it's part when we find a job. Haha . Soon, if my plan goes well, I will enroll an ESL training. I also searched in youtube some examples of ESL teaching for kids nd for adults as well as how to speak in english like a native one. I really hoped that though it's very challenging to be an ESL teacher but with God's help and by giving my best, I can be like you who passed the interview. @Pauline Catalan a bachelor degree and a heart to teach Japanese students. And since you’ll be the only foreign teacher at school, you must equip yourself with necessary skills such as good English pronunciation, etc. Asians are welcome in Japan as long as you speak clear English. Excellent knowledge in grammar is a plus.

This is what really interview feels like hahaha. Had a phone call and had a personal interview twice. First, was the recruiting head of home depot and second was the supervisor in the company. That second wasn't that shaky for me 'cause the interviewer was such a beauty. You did well, girl. You rock !

Congratulations Ma'am. Job well done. I really like your enunciation and diction. It's all clear. Well, tell me about yourself is the most common question in the interview, so I think she used filler words so it will not sound obvious that she knew or memorized the answers for this question. I think filler words are not that bad. If you don't use filler words and you just memorized the answer for some known questions, it will come out in your mouth without any emotion.
