More practice, at wag masyado isipin ang grammar during the convo as it leads us to mental block. Try to normalize speaking english in our everyday lives and more reading of english story, movies with subtitle. It really helps ☺️

Yesterday I had an Initial Interview. Everything you said here, Ma'am is true. They are not interested in what you say you are hard-working because they want to know what you can contribute to their company, and work experience where you can use whatever work you have is really important. It's important to have real work experience and don't rely on what you only read or watch here on YT. But you will tell the truth, especially about your work experience. Communication skills and speaking skills are also important. Speaking of being fluent in English, you don't need to keep up with the interviewer as long as you tell the truth and deliver what you say properly; the interviewer will also feel it. There is no need to be long, because in the end they just want to know what you can help their company based on your previous work and how you can apply that to their company. So it's better to tell the truth.

Most job applications in the US are based on tests and skills. Resumes and interviews are just secondary requirements and/or formality. For example, if you're applying as an Accounting clerk, they'll give you a test in accounting. If you're applying to be an Executive Secretary, they'll give you a test in typing and other clerical tasks. Words in your resume are irrelevant, you have to show that you can actually do the job.

Huwag matakot sa interview isipin nyo lang friend nyo lang kausap nyo basta tiwaal lang sa satili pag my question sagot agad dapat at Ito payo ko lang sa mga mag apply pag sinabi na tatawagan kayo huwag na umasa pero bilang kayo ng 2 to 3 day pag ganun.
