No, protoss is dogshit against Terran. Marines hard counter most protoss units for a fraction of the cost. There is a reason why protoss has little to representation in tourny play now and why Blizzard has abandoned the trouny scene for SC2.

Community notes: Maru was not behind in game 3. hero delayed his stim a bit and sniped a few tanks but lost stalkers as well and lost a bunch of probes to the raven harass. As soon as 2 medivacs were out and stim almost finished, it was over. You need to kill with a 4 gate blinkstalker allin before medivacs and stim are done.

@@geuros Yep, but that is because hero has that weakness in his gameplay. He is all about crazy pressure and not allowing your opponent to hit back, otherwise, he tends to lose. Also, the scv pull could have backfired massively, if hero had had vision on the moveout.

I used to have that opinion, I m not that sure anymore. I feel like Terran has more power consistency, which allows to pressure some of the protoss timings, but the gap is not that overwhelming. A few minor changes would do.

It's like if the Terran player doesn't suck, it's an auto-win vs a Protoss. If we are lucky, Clem will take this one, and they will finally nerf this broken race. Otherwise, Serral will win again, and the Zerg will plummet to Protoss levels of being unplayable against Terran for everyone else not named Serral.

They should nerf 3-4gate blink even now, it's too strong. No other race can open this aggressively, pinpointing the other player and often just outright winning by spamming one unit and IF that fails, you still have great eco, tech, everything, you're not being whatsoever. Imagine Terrans had a build that prevents Protoss from doing anything for the first 6 minutes of the game and had good eco and tech behind it. Literally as if you could open with an all-in without being all-in...

The fact that marines hard counter collosi (and most protoss units) at a fraction of the cost is stupid. Marines and their utility is one of the biggest driving factors behind SC2 dying compared to SC1. They either need to remove the ability to stutter step, triple their cost and supply, or reduce their damage by 75%. A 1 supply 50 mineral unit with a low build time and minimal requirements should NEVER beat a unit that costs hundreds more and requires a full economy and expansion just to be able to build and afford.

I'm sure you haven't actually taken the time to play the race enough to know how silly your suggestions are lol. Sounds like you need to learn more about how units interact with each other before complaining about something you clearly don't have the knowledge about. You're complaining about a unit that literally doesn't win 1v1 against everything Protoss has lol. Have fun in the lower leagues where you don't nearly have a good enough understanding of the game to make a suggestion regarding how the units are designed or function. 🤷‍♂🤣🤣

Community note: Marines do not counter colossi. If you have colossi with 0 support, no zealots or other units in front, and your opponent has time to split his marines, that doesnt mean "marines counter colossi", that means you screwed up. Its like running a lone dragoon into a spider mine and then getting surrounded by 6 vultures. Yes the vultures will kill the dragoon. That doesnt mean vultures counter dragoons. You noob.
