ESO Golden Vendor Reviewed, New Furniture, Good Sets, "Good" Discussion Points

I had a fully golded out Veiled Heritance set before the nerf. It was great - it was similar to Briarheart with 400+ Weapon damage on a proc that you could one bar. It also had a line of armor which was useful in PvP and arenas. I used VH or Briar with VO back in the day for my vMA farming. I viewed it as equal to Briarheart, which was also a good front bar set back in the day, for burst damage and a defensive upside. The nerf DESTROYED Veiled Heritance. They didn’t just lightly nerf it … they reworked and hammered it into the ground. I vaguely recall ZOS said they didn’t want a heavy armor set being used in meta (or close to meta) dps builds, so they turned it into … whatever it is now.

@@tonicalvofan Vicious Ophidian. It's another old dps set, that drops in Sanctum Ophidia (the craglorn trial). It was considered one of the best sets in the game for years, but almost nobody uses it anymore now. It's effectively the equivalent of perfected false God's, but for stamina toons. Back in 2017-2019 it was one of the best stamina sets in the game for arenas and dungeons.

Jake... I mentioned before, that you COULD go to the "other" Zanil vendor location, that is never as busy as the location in Coldharbour... IF you don't want to deal with crowds - or have that problem with too many people causing a DoS, of sorts! 🤔
