My argument is: what is a necromancer known for ? Raising an undead army. I should be raising skeletons and shielding myself with a complete bone armor, not with a bone protection on my back that lasts 10 seconds

I've played both after reinstalling ESO recently, I use a stamnecro for PvP, Magnecro for pve, It all depends on your playstyle. I found I enjoy playing both. I do prefer stamina over magicka overall though, Just my playstyle. All I can say, if you have the time, Explore both. Whichever one you enjoy, Play it, Play both if you want. It's a game, It's supposed to be FUN.

Personally, I'd welcome any class that forces players to think differently. I mean, what's the point of applying "conventional wisdom" to every class that ever comes out of ZOS? If a new class makes you have to put skill and/or champion points in places where you might not otherwise "have to" put them... I see that as a good thing.

Magcro holds tons of potential, i'm currently using one, and i must say its difficult but with 2 strong teammates my excellent heals, CC (Do not underestimate the fear totem or the immobolize), good enough bursts for assisted KOs when necessarry...i like the build. this is not a straightforward class for pvp, its difficult but it's crafty.

I stopped playing stamcro and went magcro, haven't looked back. Stam feels very niche and is gonna be limited on what you can do compared to other stam classes/builds. As a magcro you're gonna be able to run 20k+ spell pen in cp and it's gonna be glorious. Plus having insane heals, shields, resource gain, purge with a heal you're gonna be a mixture of magplar/magblade. The only thing you're gonna miss as a magcro is an execute which really doesnt matter cause of their talent that makes them do dmg under a certain % of a targets health. Once they fix the issues for mag and stam (namely BB) they might have to nerf magcro cause it will have almost everything you want in pve and pvp.

Tenno Operator It is a grp class and a pve class. Most abilities are so slowe and easy to evade. Really shitty class. I hoped zos where more creative then this. Look at the necro in Age of conan Fun com thats another story ...this is a just magsorc copy

@ChattyPablo Breton will be the best Race. It has the most sustain. Other classes that are viable are: Altmer , Khajiit, Darkelf. With Magsorc he means Magicka Necromancer.

@@holliesosa9228 ether mag or stam are pretty good while lvling up so just play what you want. I did 1-47 as stam then the last 3 lvls as mag, both were pretty good. Dont worry about messing up or changing which one you want to play as cause you get a free respec as your lvling (think it was lvl 42 ish). Both mag and stam have buggy abilities though so just be warned lol.

@ChattyPablo yes Magcro = Magicka Necro. You can't got wrong with Breton (for sustain or healer), Altmer (pure dps for magicka), Dunmer (dps and a good stam race if you ever want to try stam later on since they are good at both), Khajiit which is what I'm rolling (same as Dunmer, good at ether mag or stam). There's probably gonna be a 1-2k difference in dmg between those races so play w/e you want.

Mag necro 1v1, you run the armor that pulls enemies. Run 3 harmony, before you pull them pop flesh atro on yourself and activate your own synergy for a free kill.

hey ruben really love your videos but this time the answer is clear. is like always clear. just ask yourself: which one is clearly overperforming compared to its counterpart ? - magicka casting shields for 20 that tank anything for 6 seconds, vs a vigor that does barely heal 15k using 2nd resource for blocking, rolling, breaking free while stamina uses his first resource for that, forcem them to use useless magickadumps... necro + armor master on and that shit is unbeatable 1v1....

Mag necro is not stronger than stam just because armor master is a carry set, like even a mag nb can be nearly unkillable in 1x1 using armor master with no cloak and weak heals as swallow soul + regeneration, like my mag nb using armor master and this is way tankier than my zoo sorc with dmg gear in duels or any of my stam in medium armor, plus everyone knows in duel mag always beat stamina, especially medium armor. I'm getting better 1vx, more kills in bgs, more dmg, and higher score with stam necro, while mag is tankier because armor master, and that's It, take out armor master and try to 1vx with mag necro, with that bad mobility you don't will last much time

@@therealslimshady403 pls dont argue, if you clearly have no clue of what youare talking about... all mag classes are stronger then their stamina coutnerpart and the reason is pretty easy. u have 2 spells, that generate around 750+ magicka recovery and literally every good plaers is running them. stamina does not have anything like that. so that why mag can generally stack into higher spelldamage, higher max stat, higher defense compared to their stamina counterpart... Plus i can click 1 button and i am safe for 6 seconds. try execute a mag player with 2 shields and 10% hp and then do the same with a stamchar that has vigor up. guess what: the shields will demolish the execute, while vigor is plain useless, u hit 2 executes in 2 seconds, my vigor ticks once every 2 seconds. only if the heal is stronger then the execute damage, i will survive... .thats not tha case.... its basic game mechanics, go ask classreps and forum about it and learn the facts :) just cause you dont know how to play classes, doesnt mean that applies for especially the higher skilled community ;) and yes i am roling a mag necro atm with shackle breaker + bright throat boast in light armor and i have no problems whatsoever..: and u probably never heard of the psijic order skilline right? u even read the patchnotes ? mobile as fuck with that thing...

Mobile as fuck lmao, almost everyone have expedition rn and can get snare remove, mobility is med armor speed passive + expedition + steed, or streak/shade, not snare remove and a simple speed buff, also harness sustain is useless against stamina and both mag and stam templar/necro plus mag warden can cleanse your ele drain. And i never made an overall comparison of stam x mag, just necro, that stam version is better in anything but duels than mag version

Neither, both suck. IDC about pve, everything is viable there, pvp on the other hand Necro sucks compared to the other classes. It has no mobility and it's a class that requires it to be within x meters of its corpse mechanic to be as effective. I got no problems killing a Necro, they just take longer when they turn into a Goliath, aside from that they're subpar from all other classes.

I have 2 accounts and 23 characters, and yes I play both stamina and magicka on all classes including Necro. Class reps are not absolute authorities, there are players who know just as much who just aren't participating as class reps. Secondly...in case you didn't know, not all class reps even agree with each other. What they say on the forum and what they say in separate conversations may surprise you. Lastly my original comment still stands, it's still your perspective. It doesn't require you to agree with me, and it doesn't require you to try and prove me wrong.

Do your research? I literally play both with the skills that don't work, but this is a video that stays up longer/discusses stam vs mag aspect. Done plenty of PTS testing where it did work to have a good idea how it works

Maybe I phrased it wrong, I don't mean you cant do 1v1 on a warden, but for duel focused content, like dueling guilds, and dueling tournaments, I havent seen a warden hit semi finals or anything yet. I absolutely love my stamwarden, with its timable abilities, especially for 1vX etc. But in 1v1 against a good player, it will be much harder to land stuff like subterranean assault etc.
