Pretty cool theme I always liked the idea of frost necro. I’ll never understand how you can be so successful with such low spell pen, is spell pen overrated rated? I get afraid to run a build without lover mundus or shattered fate

While Penetration is still a valuable part of the build, the sheer raw power that this build packs is still there. We don’t run that low of penetration because we’re able to achieve both major and minor breech.

Nice build mate but i have two questions: How you stun? Is khajiit best in slot here or better to be high elf? Use something for execute?

Hello! The stun is the bone armor (hard cc for 7 sec cooldown) which then pairs nicely with our soft cc aka immobilize (frost clench) which is on a separate cooldown of 4 sec, and these can simultaneously occur. I would say kajit will give you slightly more crit damage but high elf is a solid option as well.

I think it’s player preference. Both are strong. I personally find the army of the dead build most successful.

Tried this build just thought I should tell you and others watching motor coil 100% does NOT out heal vigor please don’t spread misinformation it, I play on pc and you can look at cmx when it comes to heals vigor is definitely out heals motor coil even with the necro archive set.This build may do well in bgs but open world you get folded like crazy you can only kill half decent players with this but when I run into a sweaty I get folded almost instantly, I put vigor on instead of motor coil and it was a night and day difference

It’s not misinformation. You have the exact same armor weight? Exact same traits and enchants? You crit heal vigor each tick? Did you configure the percent based healing of each procd heal from mortal coil on top of the percent modifiers from other skills being slotted along with the weapon and spell damage at its max while on the back bar? Because if you did, then you would see that you’re wrong, try doing the math correctly before calling me a liar.

@@avidnecroyes same exact traits everything if you keep 100% up time on vigor it heals for more you don’t have to be a mathematician to see either look at the tool tips my vigor heals for 23k in 5 seconds the tool tip for motor coil is less and it takes 12 seconds no matter how many necro skills I put on. Only benefit is the extra heals from other abilities and the extra resources you get that’s it.
