Hey. I just did this and can confirm it's working. The imperial writs are no problem either. Just activate one, and the npc will spawn at the tent in Eastmarch and you'll be able to talk to her and deliver the quest/materials.

Hey chaotey I went ahead and bought crowns with gold for the first time and got 3000/240000 gold worth of crates and the first one I opened got the akaviri potatente camel lmao, isnt that crazy!? Also got a surprise next time you X in chat

I said in the video you have to either buy it from the traders or gather it from wood nodes. It has a low drop rate though.

heartwood has a chance to drop as additional drop from any wood node you gather but the chances are quite low for every like every 6 to 10 wood nodes you get like 1 heartwood drop

All three. It says so in the achievement. Also, I helped my son get it and I can verify that it is any combination of the three types of writs.
