The MC set from Icereach is great (in the few places where it actually shines). It basically carries my Templar through IA. Stack that with something like Prayer or Hexos and almost nothing touches you. It was the deciding factor in killing my first Marauder since it procs on jabs (which also heal). That's the niche and I wouldn't bring it into any group PvE content but for solo dungeons and arenas it makes things a lot easier

For me, the Necrom Funerary Pire is one of the best in game. Firstly they are only 6k each; which is practically nothing. Resale value months away, you would think not a great deal, however. Love him or hate him like Marmite, of all the companions: Bastian ranks top of the pile. In one of my houses, I have him in an gibbet, in another on an sacrificial table in an vampire then, in another I have him trapped in an cage with stinky giant cheese where visitors have the option to free him, in another I have him in an iron maiden, where visitors have the option to close the doors and spike him to death, or not. Now with this furnishing, I have the housing option to offer my visitors and guests the ability to burn Bastion alive, or not. Fantastic, best furnishing yet; and for 6k, what an bargain.
