I think at this point ppl should send videos like that to ps support so they could block next dlc because of performance. If Sony block next eso dlc, they will be forced to work on this shit.

I wonder if that's why PS4 hasn't been allowed to pre-order Greymoor... Maybe too many complaints to Sony so they didn't allow

It can be pretty frustrating, especially when game performance is this bad. But sometimes it can be a nice challenge and change of pace too tbh
