Don't see this usually mentioned, one of the great reasons to use dot builds for Stam Sorc is to help keep up Crit Surge procs when you're on the defensive.

Probably the best dueling or 1v1 sorc I could name with just because the built in sustain for duels is op and the dots make it so u can heal and pressure and light weave crystal weapon

Hey, I just have a question about build in general, why do you always go out of your way to get a piece of light armor ? Are the passives really that good ?

Yes, they are that important. Most namely the undaunted passive that gives 2% extra max stats per armour weight worn. + the 1 light, at an endgame perspective, giving the little boosts to crit chance, mag sustain, penetration and snare reduction are all huge.

@@farrellivany2462 I wouldn't say "huge", it's just a min/max thing to squeek out a little more value. You can run 7 of 1 weight, but in general, it's best to have at least 1 of the other weights like 5/1/1. In some cases this isn't possible because the set you're using on some body pieces is only in 1 weight. If you want to min/max further, you can line up your weights with the type of armor piece that gives more or less base armor. Chest = Best, so try to put 1 heavy + reinforced here. Head/Shoulder/Legs/Boots = Neutral, so try to put Medium here. Gloves = Bad, Belt = Terrible, so try to put at least 1-2 light here.

I get it now : the undaunted passive increases per different armor type worn, not something like "when you have 3 pieces of medium armor equipped, you gain 6% stamina"

ESO is an embarrasing bugfest that ZOS doesnt care to fix as long as you keep shoveling money at them. You cant even pvp in cyrodiil cause the lag spikes will eat your inputs. This game is barely more than the failure fallout 76 was, and by the same people. Don't waste your money on this horrible game black desert is better
